We have a strict no return or refund policy. No return or replacement is allowed unless advised by the sales team upon request from customers with a valid reason.
We have a 30 days return policy. Any product that has been purchased and is required to be returned for a valid reason, needs to be done within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with return or exchange if 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase.
Before requesting a return or exchange at email@example.com, kindly note that you fulfill the following criteria:
– The item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
– The product must be in the original packaging that you received it in.
– Proof of purchase or receipt is available.
Items on Sales: Kindly note, only regular-priced products may be refunded, no refunds are available for the products on sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your returned goods, you will receive a mail after thorough inspection acknowledging receipt of your returned products, and whether your refund has been rejected or approved.
In case your refund has been sanctioned by our sales team, a credit will be issued against your original mode of payment, within 10-14 working days.
In certain cases, only a partial refund will be granted.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If for any reason you do not get a refund within 14 business days after the approval, contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take a little time for the refund to get officially posted because of the processing time.
And if you have already completed the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will try to sort out the issue as soon as possible.
Cancellation of Order
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only allow replacements in case the received product is defective or gets damaged during the shipment, and also in case you receive an incorrect or incomplete order.
In case you receive damaged items, send a picture of the received products to our sales team at email@example.com. Once our sales team verifies, a decision regarding your replacement will be sent to you.
In case some of the products that you order are missing in the package received by you, contact us via email or call us. Your complaint will be conveyed to our shipping department for verification. Upon thorough investigation, you will be updated with the decision for the replacement procedure.
In case you receive an incorrect product, you would be required to send us a picture of the products in the shipment you received. Once the sales team verifies the error against the purchase order, a decision will be communicated to you. And in case your claim is found to be true, a replacement will be sent to you.
In case the product was marked as a gift on purchase and shipped directly to the receiver of the gift, you’ll get a gift credit for the value of your return, and once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
However, if the product wasn’t marked as a gift and was sent to you, the gift certificate will be mailed to the buyer’s information, thus they will be notified.
You would be required to pay for your shipping expenses when returning a product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
